简介
    李巍,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师, IEEE会员,IEICE会员。1986年和 1989年于哈尔滨船舶工程学院分获 E.E.工学学士和工学硕士学位, 2001年于比利时国立根特大学获 E.E.博士学位。1989‐1996,在哈尔滨工程大学任讲师, 1997‐2001年在比利时根特大学信息技术系 INTEC‐design,任研究员,2001‐2003年在阿尔卡特上海贝尔公司,任研究员。2004年 2月始在复旦大学微电子研究院工作。担任 ASICON’2007国际会议秘书长; ICSICT‐2010/2012分会场主席;《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems‐I》、IEEE‐ISCAS’12/13、IEEE‐ICUWB、《半导体学报》等审稿人。

LI Wei, female, Professor of School of Microelectronics in Fudan University, Supervisor of Ph. D Students. In recent years, she has been mainly engaging in the field of communications systems and microelectronics research. Current research directions mainly focus on the CMOS deep sub‐micron RF/Microwave/Millimeter wave integrated circuit designs and testing, RF microwave circuit and system design and test and so on.
She received B.Sc and M.Sc degrees from Harbin Engineering University, P.R.China, in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and the Ph.D degree from Ghent University, Belgium, in 2001, all in Electrical Engineering.


From 1989 to 1996, she was a Lecturer at Harbin Engineering University where she worked on research and development of RF and Microwave Circuit/ System Designs and so on, and was awarded by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation one scientific and technological progressing second level prize, and 3 third level prizes (all ranked third). From 1997 through 2001, she joined the INTEC‐design lab at Ghent University of Belgium as a Researcher, responsible for RF and Microwave Circuit & System Designs in Instrumentation and Measurements, and Passive Optical Access Network, etc. In 2002, she joined in Alcatel Global Research & Innovation Center (Shanghai), serving as a Project Leader presided over the completion of four European projects and France's Alcatel Telecom Group projects about the standardization development of HSDPA. In early 2004, she has been an Associate Professor and then a Professor with Microelectronics School of Fudan University, China, mainly focused on researching and teaching for wideband radio communication systems and software applications, low‐power low‐voltage RF and mixed‐signal integrated circuits, including the RF transceiver structures, device modeling, high‐frequency low‐voltage circuit module, high‐performance chip unit, spectrum sensing research and so on.


She has (co)authored nearly 100 research papers. She holds 1 US patent, 2 EU patents and 10 China patents, filing 27 patents.


Since March 2004, a total of 59 graduate students(including 5 Ph.D students) are under her supervision (including 33 graduated). Meanwhile guided 10 undergraduate students (all graduated), and supervised one graduate student for one year to take responsibility on the Innovative Project which supported by the authority of our university for the students to investigate some innovative science and technology problems.


In academic activities, she was Invited as the Secretary‐General of The 7th International Conference on ASIC(ASICON‐2007) in Oct.2007. Invited as a Program Committee Member or a reviewer in a series of International Conferences, such as ISCAS’12’13, ICUWB’11, DATICS‐IMECS’11, DATICS‐NESEA’11, ICIE2010 /IWEEC2010, DATICS‐FutureTech'10, PrimeAsia 2009, SS‐DATICS 2008, ICCSC 2008,etc. Invited as a reviewer in the journals such as IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems‐I, and Chinese Journal of Semiconductors, etc.
